Audi A7 Service Process
The Cartisan technician began the service buy popping open the bonnet and loosening the wheel lug nuts. He placed a hydraulic jack underneath the car and used it to raise the car up.
The technician removed the engine shield from underneath the car and unscrewed the engine oil drain nut to drain the oil out completely.
He removed the air filter from the air filter housing in the engine bay and installed a brand new air filter.
The technician removed the oil filter from the engine bay and installed a brand new oil filter from Hengst.
He removed all the 4 wheels and removed the brake pads from the brake calipers. The front brake pads were in good condition so the technician cleaned them and placed them back inside the calipers. The technician replaced the rear brake pads with brand new ones from Roulunds.
The technician mounted the wheels back onto the hubs and lowered the car down to the ground. He plugged in a scanning device to the OBD2 port of the car to carry out the Audi’s service light reset.
The Cartisan adviser took the car out for a test drive to confirm that the service was completed successfully.
