Cartisan recently carried out a 2015 Mercedes Benz GLA Brake Pad Replacement with Brembo brakes. The car had clocked around 25,000 km and the brake pad replacement warning was flashing on the dash.
Cartisan provided the customer with a quote to replace the front brake pads with brand new ones from Brembo. The customer approved and the Cartisan service team arrived at the customer’s location at the specified date and time.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA Brembo Brake Pad Replacement
The Cartisan technician popped the GLA’s bonnet open and unscrewed the brake fluid reservoir cap. He lifted the Mercedes up with the help of a hydraulic jack and propped it on stands for support.
The technician removed the front wheels. He removed the brake caliper bolts and removed the caliper cover from the rotor. The technician removed the brake pads from the caliper bracket.
The Cartisan technician replaced the old brake pads with new ones from Brembo. The Mercedes Benz GLA comes equipped with brake wear sensors on the front right wheel. This sensor was replaced with a brand new brake wear sensor from Brembo.
The technician repeated the same process for the rear wheels. The rear brake pads in the Mercedes-Benz GLA are not equipped with brake wear sensors.
The technician lowered the GLA to the ground and the Cartisan Adviser took the car for a test drive to test the brakes.
