The Cartisan Team picked the customer’s car and took it to the closest Cartisan Preferred Workshop.

First, the technician removed the air filter from its housing and replaced it with a brand new air filter.
Next, the Cartisan technician removed the engine oil filter and replaced it with a brand new oil filter.
The technician drained the engine oil by unscrewing the engine oil drain nut from underneath the engine block.
Next, the technicians removed the wheels from the Audi A4 and removed brake pads from each of the brake calipers. The brake pads were in good condition so the technician cleaned them and placed them back into the caliper.
