Cartisan recently received a service request from a customer who owns a Mercedes-Benz E-Class (E280).
The car was due for a periodic maintenance service. A quote was provided, the customer accepted, and the car was picked up from the customer’s location.
The car was taken to the closest Cartisan Preferred Workshop where the work was carried out.
First, the air filter was removed and replaced with a brand new air filter.
Next, the fuel filter, which is located in the engine bay was removed and replaced with a brand new fuel filter.
The oil was drained out completely from under the car and the engine oil filter was removed from the engine block.
Then, a new oil filter was fitted to the engine block, after which the engine block was filled with fresh synthetic engine oil.
Finally, the cabin filter was removed from inside the car and replaced with a brand new cabin filter.
Next, the wheels were removed one by one, and the brake pads were removed from the brake calipers and cleaned.
After all of this was done, the car was taken out for a test drive to confirm that the work was completed successfully.
